Nassau Taxicab Services offers various vehicle categories to match the comfort and luxury preferences of its customers. These may include:
Business Class: Executive sedans providing a professional and comfortable experience.
Business SUV: Spacious SUVs for groups or travelers with extra luggage.
Luxury Class: High-end vehicles for a premium experience.
Van/Shuttle Service: Suitable for larger groups requiring extra seating capacity.
Customers are encouraged to choose the appropriate vehicle category when booking. Availability is subject to demand and location.
- Nassau Taxicab Services reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any ride type, vehicle category, or service feature at any time.
- Changes to ride types, including pricing, vehicle availability, or service duration, will be communicated to customers through the website.
- In the event of a service modification after booking, Nassau Taxicab Services will offer an alternative ride type or issue a refund if necessary.
- Customers may request changes to their bookings, subject to availability and potential additional charges.
- Customers must provide an accurate pickup time when booking their ride.
- The chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time for standard bookings and 60 minutes for airport pickups.
- If the customer fails to arrive within the waiting time, the ride will be considered a no-show, and full charges will apply.
- Additional waiting time beyond the standard grace period will be charged at the applicable rate.
- Customers are responsible for any delays they cause, and any modifications to the pickup time must be communicated in advance.
- Passengers traveling with children must provide appropriate child safety seats as required by local regulations.
- Nassau Taxicab Services does not supply child seats by default; however, they may be available upon request at an additional charge
- All passengers must always wear seat belts during the ride.
- The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if the passenger count exceeds the vehicle’s maximum capacity or if passengers fail to adhere to safety regulations.
- Each passenger is allowed to carry standard luggage that fits within the vehicle’s designated storage space.
- Excessive or oversized luggage must be disclosed at the time of booking, and additional charges may apply.
- Nassau Taxicab Services is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage. Passengers are advised to always keep valuable belongings with them.
- Customers may request a rebooking of their ride due to schedule changes or unforeseen circumstances.
- Rebooking requests must be made at least 6 hours before the originally scheduled pickup time.
- Availability of rebooked rides is subject to demand and operational feasibility.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the changes made to the original booking.
- Nassau Taxicab Services reserves the right to decline rebooking requests if they conflict with existing schedules or service limitations.
- A no-show is defined as the failure of a customer to appear at the designated pickup location within the waiting period.
- For standard bookings, the chauffeur will wait 15 minutes before marking the ride as a no-show.
- For airport pickups, the chauffeur will wait 60 minutes before marking the ride as a no-show.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable, and full charges will apply.
By using Nassau Taxicab services, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nassau Taxicab Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. For any disputes, Nassau Taxicab Services encourages customers to reach out to customer support for resolution.
At Nassau Taxicab Services, we strongly believe in the service levels we provide to our clients, all of which have been set out here in our service agreement
The contract for all bookings is between Nassau Taxicab Services client/passenger (company or person booking and paying for service)
Nassau Taxicab Services is responsible for both accepting the booking as well as the provision of the transportation services.
Nassau Taxicab Services takes responsibility for the journey from point A to point B, all the bookings are caried out in a Nassau private hire licensed vehicle by a Nassau licensed private hire driver.
All bookings including return trips must be pre-booked in advance.
All bookings must be made directly to Nassau Taxicab Services.
Only Nassau Taxicab Services can Cancel the booking with the passengers, drivers cannot accept a booking, take a booking, or cancel a booking directly with the passengers
Prices quoted are based on information provided at time of booking.
All online bookings are subject to our final reconfirmation.
Rates and charges will be as agreed completion of our booking confirmation.
By supplying your email address, you permit Nassau Taxicab Services to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire and will be charged accordingly for any loss of use and cost of repair.
Nassau Taxicab Services reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
Nassau Taxicab Services request a minimum of 8 hours’ notice for any online bookings.
If you would like to book a car with less than 8 hours’ notice – Please call 242-436-8766.
Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not automatically be able to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs for any journey, although every effort will be made to meet such requirement
The driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Client.
Nassau Taxicab Services will endeavor to ensure vehicle(s) arrive at the time and place requested. We cannot however accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions, nor do we accept responsibility for any consequential loss, our drivers aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to booking time.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers within the vehicle. We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger.
From time-to-time Nassau Taxicab Services may sub-contract their work to temporary drivers especially during busy times. Please be assured that all chosen drivers will be up to our standards.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects the Client’s’ statutory rights.
The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Celebrity Transfers and Concierge Service Bahamas, The Parent Company.
Payments can be made by debit/credit card through our secured online payment service, we do NOT accept American Express.
Gratuities are left to the client’s discretion but may be added to the bill if requested.
Any variations to the journey that involves extra time or mileage may be subject to additional charges.
Bookings with pick up times between 11:30 p.m. and 4:59 a.m. will be subject to an “unsocial hours” surcharge. This will also apply to bookings carried out on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve from 6:00 p.m. and all-day New Year’s Day.
All our prices are in Bahamian dollars.
If the passenger does not appear and contact our driver at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.
No refunds will be made, and full charges will apply for any no shows. In the case that you cannot see our driver at airports, please call the office on 242-436-8766 so that the office can put you in touch with the driver.
Our bookings cancellation policy reflects the availability of the vehicles in our fleet. Upon acceptance of your booking, we reserve the availability of the vehicle for you and subsequently refuse all other bookings for that vehicle at that time and on that date.
All our drivers are:
Always licensed and carry their license on them, able to speak and understand English, clean, hygienic, and presentable, able to assist with handling luggage and are available on a mobile phone.
Nassau Taxicab Services keeps details of lost property at their office and will endeavor to return all property found to its rightful owner.
